Pilates after Surgery and Rehab
I work with many clients who have had orthopedic surgery on the neck, shoulder, back, hip or knee—after they have been medically released by their doctor to resume normal daily activities.
If you have recently had surgery, your surgeon will likely prescribe physical therapy. Once you are released from physical therapy, we can continue your healing with post-rehab Pilates exercise.
Many of my clients struggle with on-going arthritis pain, SI joint issues and sciatica. For these clients, regular Pilates sessions along with group exercise help manage or eliminate pain.
Each time we meet, I will choose exercises based on your current mobility, range of motion and pain level. My goal is for you to grow stronger each visit and to leave each session feeling better than when you came in!
