Group Exercise

A Complete Floor Workout for all Abilities

In addition to one-on-one reformer sessions, I conduct group lessons on Saturdays and one evening during the week. Group exercise focuses on improving flexibility and strengthening the core and overall body.

Clients either attend an Easy/Moderate class or an Advanced class depending upon their abilities. We do all of our exercises on the floor using mats, Pilates arcs, rings, foam rollers, various size balls and hand weights.

Because I know my clients’ physical limitations and abilities, I am able to instruct each person in the group on how to modify moves when necessary.

When clients leave Group Exercise, they are physically (and emotionally) relaxed. Their bodies feel lengthened and stretched and their posture is improved.
