Throughout the years, I have worked with men and women athletes looking to improve strength and conditioning. I have treated baseball and football players, tennis players and golfers, among others. Pilates exercise provides a challenging routine for any level of athlete.

The Pilates method uses fluid movement and resistance to strengthen and elongate the body. Unlike weight lifting which bulks up muscle groups, Pilates builds lean muscle and improves balance. For athletes and fitness enthusiasts, including regular Pilates practice significantly reduces injuries and chronic pain caused by competitive sports.
